Thresholds, wire numbers, fuse locations, capacities, procedures, and reset steps vary by model, configuration, and serial number. Always confirm against the official manual before acting.
Safety-critical work
Diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment involves stored hydraulic pressure, high electrical current, heavy suspended loads, hot fluids, and machines that can move without warning. Follow your workplace procedures, use lockout/tagout, and if you are not qualified for a repair, have a qualified technician do it. Never bypass overload, interlock, or stability systems based on anything you read here.
Estimates are estimates
Calculator outputs (payloads, ground pressure, fuel costs, pad sizing, and the rest) are engineering estimates from the numbers you enter. They carry the usual uncertainty of simplified formulas and are not certified engineering work or appraisals.
